1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs sesame seeds
shredded chicken
cilantro
green onion chopped
1 lb elbow or spiral pasta
prep:
combine dressing ingredients and blend WELL. add shredded or cubed chicken, marinate overnight. just before serving mix in cooked noodles, onion, and cilantro. sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
