We decided on Saturday morning to book a room in Park City and go to the Arts Fest for the weekend. I am so glad we did because we had such a great time. I booked a last minute room at the Lodge and conference center at Prospector Square... which was surprisingly nice (the rooms) despite the ghetto lobby, despicable staff, and horrible appearance. The room was newly refinished and quite nice.
We hung out on Main street all Saturday night, enjoyed the ambiance and the crowds that the festival attracts, and then took a taxi back to our room.

Sunday morning we slept in, then had breakfast at a great little place
The eating establishment... we totally stuffed ourselves since we had not eaten a meal since lunch the day before... don't ask.. but we were FAMISHED and ready to kill for food. So, this place really hit the spot. Not to mention that it was really cozy and the food was great!
We ran into quite a few friends in PC and made a few too, so it resulted in a really fun getaway and a nice break from the valley! Cheers to the PC arts fest... the crowd, the artists, the music, and a few interesting encounters...
