I called Leann at DR Huish's today so I could schedule to bring Dare in at his 2.5 week mark with his cast, and get it off, and have a new one put on. It was so nasty and gross, and I couldn't take it mentally anymore.. He needed a new one. So, we get in with Sarah, his PA that I love, and she says well Dare DR says it's been long enough! We'll xray it so we can see the healing progression, but we'll just take the cast off, and put you in a brace. I am so glad I called and got him in! The brace will be so much easier to manage, and now he can actually shower without worry! Kids heal so quickly!!
