witchapalooza

Kathy Woody was ever so kind to include me on her table purchase, and I bought half from her, so that I could plan a GNO for some of my friends.  It was a fun night at the dinner/theater that they do at Gardners Village!  Witchapalooza.
Carmie, Andrea, me, Patty, Lana. Fun. Fun.

paints and daddy snugs

Dare loves his bath paints.  He's painted quite a few masterpieces.
And, mostly, he loves his daddy.

weekend at cedar breaks

We booked a couple nights at the Cedar Breaks Lodge above Cedar City for the weekend.  We have been wanting to hook up with Jordan and spend some time with him, but have not been able to get on the same page with scheduling.  So, we finally pinned down some time, and made it happen.  He stayed up there with us, and then during the day, Dare and I had our own little "adventures" while Ryan and Jordan fly fished, and did their mountain man thing. Whatever that is... ;)

We were able to see Dave and Tay for just about an hour at dinner one of the nights.  Any time with them is better than none!  Dare always loves seeing his sissie Tay, and "uncle" Dave.  It's all so confusing to him, but all that really matters is he has lots of people in his world that are family, and love him!

backyard grill ensamble

Ryan finally decided to tackle a project that we have talked about doing for awhile now.  The catalyst that pushed him to start was the amazing deal that I was able to secure on a hand me down grill from my clients Craig and Gail Larson.  They had an Alfresco grill (original price $6500), and 3 years later the ignition switch for the gas wouldn't work, so to them, it was time for a new one.  I purchased it from them for $500.  STEAL.  And, here at the Baileyhood, we aren't afraid of a bic stick to ignite up our otherwise fancy grill!!
Here is project, pretty much start to finish.
Dare had to be helping every step of the way...so he thought!

Sometimes the heat would get to daddy's 2 best supervisors, and they would be found "sleeping on the job"!

It turned out so great!  And, will be a much appreciated and well used addition to our home, and backyard living space....even in the cold months, as Ryan is not afraid to get out there and grill all winter long!

swimming at kels

Our friend Kelly invited us over for one final pool party before the weather changed on us. It was a great Sunday afternoon for a lazy pool day.
