A small joy of living in a small city, where the cops only have 5 streets to patrol. (well, maybe a few more than 5...) A parking ticket issued to our friends car, parked right in front of OUR own home! Whatev!!
Maybe we're the ones who should have done our homework, but did you know there is no street parking from Nov 1-Apr 1?

I knew that and I wish they'd enforce it on our street! I think the primary reason is for snow plows.
