If I could just be baking in the sun right now....
We are craving a beach vacation so badly, but know that we need to hold off till after the holidays. It will be our one year anniversary in January, so that is the perfect time to plan a little getaway. But... I am a bit stumped. Where should we go? We want it to for sure be warm, in the states, and not too terribly pricey. Any suggestions?

I know you said in the states, but we went to Cabo in February last year and it was perfect. Not too hot. Laying by the infinity pool, every time you would look up, you could see the whales coming up out in the ocean. And it was not too expensive. We went to Dreams and booked through Delta.
I so need a vacay.
I've never been but Florida always sounds like a fun place to visit.
Go to Saint Lucia & stay at Ladera. That is where we had our honeymoon & it is still my favorite beach vacation. The rooms are incredible, with only 3 walls & 2 stories tall. The restaurant on site is fabulous & the service is 5 star. You will truly love it! Here is a link:

The Great Salt Lake beach is close. I'm sure there will be one or two sunshiny days in January. :) Actually, I love San Diego/Coronado. They are close and beautiful anytime of year.
