St. Olaf's had a carnival so that the kids could wear their costumes and celebrate in the Halloween festivities together! It was on a Friday night, and was in lieu of the kids all wearing their costumes to school on Halloween day!

cincinnati

We flew to Cincinnati to visit the Spitale's over a long weekend.  It was good to see their new home in Mariemont Village, and for me to be back home for just a minute!  Although it's not exactly Canton, it is Ohio, and there's a lot that is the same, and feels the same! Fall is probably the most beautiful time of year there, so we chose a good time to travel back!  Dare was a great friend to Alex and a patient little traveler!  We went to a couple different fall harvest and pumpkin farms, enjoyed the park, and of course indulged in some pretty spectacular food that Giovanni smoked for us!
