I'll give this hopeful "miracle" injection a whirl...it's expensive, but if it works, could buy me up to 5 years pain free, before replacement is my only option... if it doesn't work, then I'm back to cortisone injections every 3 months, until they become ineffective...

milking each moment

It's mid October, and the weather has held on for us... so we are milking it for all it's worth! The kids have been enjoying their bike rides and outdoor play! 

sis had a birthday

Sis turned 7, and had a water party at the Rec Center! Dare loves his sis, and will forever look up to her.  Their relationship is THE BEST!!! 

And, Roger was kind enough to take him down the slide, as his mama was being a bit of a Diva, and really didn't want to get in the water.

It's always a fun time when the girls can gather. And, now that our pool days have sadly ended, I appreciate when someone makes the effort to get us together!

DARE chose his costume all by himself this year! He found it on the rack, decided that it was "the one" and so it was!  I love it so much, and think it is the cutest, and most unique out of all the kids his age!!

Sis loves writing love notes to Dare. It is the sweetest!

949 up for grabs...again

The Courtyard Condo has been in the charge of Ryan (and so, me too), ever since we moved out and bought our home in the summer of 2009.  It has been interesting as we have dealt with the different tenants, and received all the "joys" of being "landlord".  I am usually the one who cleans it, and fine tooth combs it in between tenants...and this particular round presented quite the project for me. The previous tenants (The Smarts)  were the dirtiest. 

So...I felt it appropriate to take photos of the place, after days of scrubbing, scouring, and painting!!
